In the case of legal entity customers, the terms and conditions below will take the place of the contract that you agreed to by using this website.

Placing a valid online order does not guarantee the customer the reservation and/or delivery of the ordered product. Confirmation of stock and reservation of the product in order to honor the order is made by our operators by phone or e-mail.

Please check the physical integrity of the packages, the integrity of the content when you receive them from the courier, in his presence and request the preparation of a damage report if the products show signs of damage.

Any subsequent complaint will not be taken into account.

For products weighing over 5 kg volumetrically, a shipping fee of 55 lei is charged, regardless of the order value (these orders cannot be delivered in easybox).

All products are new and come with the accessories offered by the manufacturer, which you can find specified for each product.

The cost of delivery to other European Union countries will be calculated automatically, upon completion of the order, depending on the country of destination.

The delivery time of products, if in stock, is 21-3 working days depending on the areas where they must be sent and the weather conditions.

If the desired products are not in stock, they will be delivered within 3-15 business days from receipt of the order (if this product is still available from suppliers, otherwise you will receive a notification email).

We do not assume delivery delays caused by courier companies, disasters, floods, accidents, etc.

We do not assume the change of the model or its removal from production by the manufacturer, in case of pre-order, the order is canceled and if it was paid in advance, the amounts paid in full will be returned.

Orders will be delivered within the limit of available stock and in the order of orders. Pre-orders have priority.

The stocks of products and their prices in the online store are updated periodically, to be as real as possible, but discrepancies may appear between the real stock and the displayed one. Thus, gpg.ro cannot guarantee the availability in stock of all the displayed products, sometimes they are sold within a few minutes.

We reserve the right not to honor a certain order if the product disappears from the current offer, is out of stock, is no longer manufactured or for any other reason and we promise that we will do our best to offer you an equivalent or superior alternative at a similar cost.

If the products cannot be delivered, the customer may request the immediate return of the amounts already collected, but not other compensation. The maximum value of the gpge.ro store's obligations towards any customer in the event of non-delivery or improper delivery is the value of the amounts collected by the store from this customer.

The return of products is made only through the express courier company, which is chosen from any of those present on the market

According to the legislation in force, the waiver of one or more products (excluding virtual ones) purchased through gpg.ro is only the right of individual customers.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). The return costs will be borne by the customer and the refund of the product value will be made within 14 days of return.

If you have opted for a refund of the amount paid upon purchase and the product you have returned meets the return conditions, we will return the money to the account you specified in the return form. The money will be visible in the account within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

Return packages with refund are not collected!

If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new, we reserve the right to request a fee for returning it to its initial state (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as second-hand. Also, at the customer's option, we can reship the product at their expense.

This clause applies according to O.G. 130/2000, in the case of purchasing products from the gpg.ro website using distance communication techniques, applying the definitions contained in O.G. 130/2000 art. 2 letter e.

We reserve the right not to accept the receipt of return packages without prior written notification.

We reserve the right to no longer honor orders from customers who have abused this possibility, having an excessive return rate from the total number of orders.

We DO NOT accept delivery via Romanian Post, parcels sent otherwise being unprocessed and returned to the sender

The return of a parcel not picked up by the customer will be paid by GPG Mobile, but constitutes a financial loss equal to 2.1* the shipping rate displayed in your order (the company pays for the delivery, return of the parcel and parking), a loss that must be recovered from the customer, amicably or through court.

The customer must transfer the amount to the bank account, by bank transfer or another form of payment.
Products used incorrectly or damaged due to the fault of the buyer, cannot be exchanged.
