Windows Server 2022 is the next Long-Term Servicing Channel (LTSC) release for Windows Server. It introduces advanced multi-layer security, hybrid capabilities with Azure, and a flexible application platform.
As part of this release, Windows Server receives secured-core capabilities to secure systems running workloads on Windows Server 2022. Secured-core Server is built on technologies like Windows Defender System Guard and Virtualization-based Security (VBS) to minimize risks from firmware vulnerabilities and advanced malware.
The new version also provides secure connectivity by introducing several new capabilities, such as faster and more secure encrypted HTTPS connections and industry-standard AES 256 SMB encryption.
Windows Server 2022 enhances hybrid server management and features an improved Event Viewer and many other new capabilities in Windows Admin Center.
Additionally, this version includes enhancements for Windows containers, such as smaller image size for faster downloads, simplified network policy deployment, and containerization tools for .NET applications.
This key can activate ONE Windows device only once. After the activation process is completed, you will NOT be able to use the same key again. Formatting the hard disk will effectively erase the key. You cannot transfer the license to another computer.
